21 DAY SCULPT, SWEAT & STRONGER METHOD

OUR SIGNATURE APPROACH TO BUILDING ADVANCED STRENGTH, ENDURANCE AND CONTROL.

This program brings together our three most powerful training styles, Sculpt, Sweat & Sculpt and Stronger, to create a method that is both demanding and deeply effective.

You’ll move between heavy, strength focused sessions, high intensity, endurance based work and controlled, bodyweight based training to build a body that is not only strong, but precise, resilient and capable.

Strength is developed through progressive resistance in Stronger classes, endurance is built through continuous, low impact intensity in Sweat & Sculpt sessions, and control is refined through slow, technical execution in Sculpt classes.

By the end of the 21 days, you won’t just feel stronger. You’ll move with more control, train with more intention and understand how to push your body while maintaining the standard your training requires.

This is for those ready to go beyond the basics.

Final day: Full Body Stronger

We have carefully structured this program to support progression without causing overstrain. This challenge is designed specifically for people who are at an intermediate - advanced level in their practice and is therefore not suitable for beginners. We do not recommend this challenge for pregnant women, people with heart conditions, or anyone predisposed to injury.

We recommend complimenting this program with 10,000 steps per day, a high protein, whole food based diet, adequate rest and recovery (8 hours of sleep per night) and optimal hydration (3L+ daily) for maximum results.

*Weight selection will depend on your individual training level and preference as usual in our stronger classes.
