Don't be fooled by the length of this class... This express full body Stronger is designed to deliver maximum work in minimal time. Made up of three sequences of powerful movement, this is the class for when you're short on time but want to be pushed hard.
We begin with a knee hover sequence to wake up the upper body and core, layering weighted pull throughs and floating prayer push ups. Following this we come straight up to standing for a short but spicy quad focused squat set with the heels elevated on the block. We use varying tempo's and controlled reps to get every bit of work out of our quads throughout this five minute set.
To close class, we come into a full body plank finisher with the feet elevated on the block.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
