Upper Body & Core Strength: Light Weights + Band
FEATURING THE BAND
•
31m
In this upper body and core strength class, we find gentle upper body activation in a kneeling position with the band around the wrists for biceps strength and shoulder mobility, before moving the band behind the back for triceps and posterior strength.
From there, we move into a short supine core series with banded knee marches or optional banded toe taps, plus a weighted chest fly and dead bug for deep core control.
We then move into a kneeling upper body block with weights, including overhead circles, hip hinges, cactus shoulder presses, tricep extensions, strict shoulder press, and rear delt flys.
A steady, balanced, and pregnancy aware class.
