In this full body stronger class, we use medium weights (5-7kgs) and heavy weights (7-9kg) as we move through a series of varying full body push/pull movements.
We start standing with dual weighted RDLs and suitcase squats layering in bicep curls to shoulder press to warm up the whole body before coming down to the mat for core focused knee hover to pike work with a weighted pull through.
From there, we move into single arm kneeling upper body work where you can expect supported bent over rows, rear delt flys, strict bicep curls, and wood choppers for the upper back, bicep, obliques and thoracic rotation.
Continuing to work our core during pregnancy with standing core integration moves such as weighted full body crunches, standing mountain climbers, oblique crunches, and circular press with alternating knee march.
We repeat the kneeling series on the second side, and finish with a heavy sumo squat and gorilla row.
It's a balanced and powerful full body session. Enjoy!
