Using our Pilates block, a pair of weights (2-4kg), and optional ankle weights for added challenge. We move through short, minimally layered blocks that slowly move us towards standing work.
Expect a supine glute bridge sequence with the weights across the pelvis to target the glute max. Then side lying work with the weights on the outer thigh for leg lifts, pulses, and sweeps. A loaded donkey kick variation follows, plus gentle cat cow mobility.
A seamless transition into standing brings a lunge to squat series with weights on the shoulders. You'll fully fatigue one glute before moving to the other side.
Simple, focused, and effective. Perfect for building strength with control.
