For day six we are flowing through layered sequences of upper body work using hand weights to sculpt and strengthen the shoulders, upper back, triceps and biceps, whilst getting the heart rate up for some light cardio! This is an advanced upper body workout so please take it at your own pace, take your modifications as needed and pause the video to take breaks whenever you need!
