A classic Sweat & Sculpt that will leave you feeling grounded, strong and full of endorphins. We begin on the mat with a layered supine core series using a single dumbbell, combining oblique work, leg extensions, and marches to activate the abdominals while integrating the shoulders.
From here it’s straight to standing for a hinged reverse lunge sequence, layering knee drives, overhead presses, curtsey lunges, and single arm tricep extensions to challenge stability and endurance.
To separate sides, we work through a short plank to crouch series, starting controlled with knee hovers and oblique rotations, before elevating the heart rate with crouching tigers and devil’s presses.
The class finishes with a kneeling upper body series, including rear delt flys, narrow rows, tricep variations, and an around the world sweep to bring everything together.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
