Using the edge of our block, we start class by releasing the fascia within our neck through self massage allowing you form a deeper connection to yourself. Moving into a gentle reverse bridge sequence to open up through fronts of shoulders, biceps and chest before coming into some deep wrist mobility stretches and upper thoracic rotation in a four point position. Closing off our class with a gentle neck release.
