Weights: 8-10kg, 5-8kg

Using a single heavy weight and a medium set of weights, we combine control, strength and power throughout this class.

Starting with an extended warm up to wake up the entire body before coming into a standing B stance position working strict shoulder presses, front rack squats, and RDLs before having the opportunity to elevate the heart rate with a dual dumbbell swing and press.

We super set the same working leg through a lateral, curtsy and hinge combination while integrating upper body variations such as bicep curls and narrow grip rows.

Making our way down to the mat using our single heavy weight for a strict overhead tricep extension and hip lower to engage the quads and triceps before repeating these single sided blocks on the second side.
