A sculpt class using a block and wrist weights to build control, coordination, and full-body awareness.
We begin with a supine core sequence, using the block placed between the quad and hand to activate the lower abdominals and create a strong foundation as we layer a single arm and leg extension.
Moving into a split stance lunge position with our front foot elevated, we focus on hamstring and spine length as we hinge forward keeping both legs at full extension before laying on double arm overhead reaches, 90/90 lunges and thoracic rotation to challenge balance and deep core muscles.
Our final and most challenging layer is a standing single leg knee drive into an arabesque lunge, this movement requires you to focus on full body control, a slow, steady pace while tuning into your breath to maintain stability through the pelvis and core.
Designed to bring you into a flow state, this class will leave you feeling connected, strong, and lengthened as you walk off your mat.
