WEEKLY SCHEDULES

Strong looks different for everyone. That’s why we offer three flexible weekly schedules designed to meet you where you’re at and take you where you want to go.

BUSY GIRL SCHEDULE: For our busy girls who want maximum results in minimal time. This weekly schedule is made up of workouts 45 minutes and under, with a full rest day on Sundays. Think short, sweet, but spicy. This schedule is carefully designed to help you get the most out of every single minute with a balanced mix of full body, upper body, lower body and core workouts across all class styles.

STRONG GIRL SCHEDULE: For our advanced girls who always pick the heavier weights, the longest class, the toughest progression. This schedule is made up of our best Sweat & Sculpt, Stronger, and Strength classes, with the option for a rest day, or a Full Body Sculpt class on Sundays. Expect more full body days, longer classes, and endurance based flows. If you want to train like Izzy, this is the schedule for you.

BALANCED GIRL SCHEDULE: For the girls who want a taste of it all, who want to fight for their life on a Monday but chill out a little bit by the time Wednesday comes, then maybe turn the heat back up come the weekend. We see you. If you follow this schedule, expect a balanced mix between full body, upper body, lower body and core classes in all class styles and lengths.
