A strength class focusing on all the most-loved areas!
Expect a full body burn as we begin with a supine core sequence featuring single and double leg extensions, chest flys, and chest lifts to activate the core and upper body.
We then move into a kneeling upper body series to challenge the biceps, triceps, and shoulders, before adding a four-point oblique twist to dumbbell reach to target the upper back and rotational core strength.
From there, we transition into single-sided standing work with scooter and knee drives while continuing to strengthen the upper body through weighted rows and around-the-world sweeps.
We finish with a short four-point series using one weight for a rear delt fly to shoulder press combination, while the ankle weight adds extra resistance to fire up the glutes and hamstrings.
