This dynamic Sculpt class is made up of six sequences of layered movement. We begin with a four point series with the block inbetween the inner thighs to war the upper body and core whilst raising the heart rate. From here, we lower down to the right forearm and elevate the right knee on the block for a full body sequence that layers leg extensions, knee to elbow crunches, pikes and push ups. Be ready to transition seamlessly into a glute focused standing set.
We complete both sets of work on the second side, before finishing with a powerful plank series that layers shoot backs, push ups and step ups on the block. This class will leave you feeling strong and connected.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
