A balanced, flow-based full body strength class with a strong focus on core, glute, shoulder and tricep strength and power. We begin with a strong supine core series that targets both the upper and lower abdominals, before moving into a spicy four point to plank sequence where we place a single dumbbell behind the knee for added resistance during our glute activation. Our standing work will challenge your balance and burn out your glutes through hinge based movement and lateral lunging. Expect a powerful standing finisher to elevate the heart rate.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
