This Full Body Strength class features six sequences of movement with a strong focus on total core strength, stability and control. Be prepared to begin with a powerful, centred supine core set designed to work deeply through your upper and lower abdominals before moving into an upper body and core focused box bridge to side plank set that features exercises similar to Day Three to give you the opportunity to observe the strength you have built over the duration of our challenge so far. This workout features a dynamic, full body standing set that will require you to tap into your coordination and endurance. We finish with a squat sequence that targets the the core and upper body just as much as the lower.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
