50m
This full body strength class starts with an extended warm up, then moves into standing single sided work with a single medium weight (4-6kg) at the chest. Here you can expect reverse lunges, knee drives, bicep curls, scooters and a weighted halo to challenge your core & outer glute stability.
From there, we transition down to a kneeling upper body series using our light weights (2-3kg) targeting shoulders, upper back, obliques and outer glutes. We repeat both blocks on the second side, and finish with a powerful sumo squat to row series to target the posterior chain leaving you feeling strong and centred.
