This full body strength class uses light hand weights, a Pilates ball and ankle weights to build strength and stability from head to toe.
We begin with a glute bridge series, placing the ball between the inner thighs to encourage pelvic stability and activation through the deep core and adductors.
Expect calf raises, narrow grip chest presses and tricep extensions.
From there, we transition into a four point sequence featuring donkey kicks, tricep push ups and oblique crunches, with the option to progress to a single leg variation if it feels right for your body.
We then take that same glute into a standing strength flow with split squats, bicep curls, knee drives and single leg extensions. After a short oblique teaser series on the mat, we repeat the second side before finishing with a supine core sequence.
Expect a balanced class that leaves you feeling strong, stable and connected.

Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
