45 MINUTE FULL BODY STRENGTH: WEIGHTS + ANKLE WEIGHTS
CHALLENGE PREP: AUGUST 10TH - 16TH
•
48m
Our signature Strength class! All of our favourite moves in one balanced full body flow. This workout is designed to leave you feeling grounded, powerful and connected. With a big focus on mindful movement, intentional breathing and control, save this class for the days where you need to spend some time connecting with yourself. This flow will remind you of why you fell in love with pilates in the first place.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
