DAY EIGHTEEN: 50 Minute Full Body Sculpt: Ball + Ankle or Wrist Weights
FULL BODY WORKOUTS
•
53m
A balanced, full body Sculpt made up of six sequences of body weight based movement using the ball. Please substitute the ball for the block if you feel the ball compromises your form.
We begin with a simple but effective single leg bridging series with the heel elevated on the ball to warm the lower body and establish core connection. Following this, we move into an extended four point to plank sequence, layering tricep push ups, ball rolls, leg extensions, knee drives, side planks and more.
Our standing work is short and sweet, combining 90 90 and curtsey lunges.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
