Our final Sculpt class of the challenge is a powerful body weight based flow with a strong focus on push strength, total core and balance.
We begin with a layered supine core sequence with the block in between the knees, combining chest lifts, oblique reaches, leg extensions and more to fully warm our core in preparation for the rest of class. We then move into a push based four point sequence that builds on from our spider man push up work in day seventeen. Following this, it's up to standing for a balance focused curtsey lunge flow.
We repeat our four point and standing work on the second side before finishing with an upper body and core focused plank flow.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
