DAY FOURTEEN: 50 Minute Full Body Strength: 3-4kg Weights + Ankle Weights
HYBRID 25

54m
A classic full body Strength class for Day Fourteen. We begin with a full body glute bridge set, combining tricep extensions, narrow press and single leg marches to warm the brain, core, glutes and upper body before coming into a four point position for full body sequence that layers leg extensions, rows, three legged dogs and more.
Our standing work combines 90 90 and curtsey lunges with an overhead press, knee drive and straight arm sweep.
We finish with a dynamic, full body flow designed to elevate your heart rate and leave you full of post pilates endorphins.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
