NOTE: This workout includes extended time on the wrists.
This full body Sculpt class is all about strengthening the core, obliques, quads, shoulders and triceps through layered sequences of body weight based movement designed to work your brain just as much as your body.
We begin with a simple supine core series, placing the block in between the inner thighs for optimal activation. From here, we move into an extended four point to plank flow that will challenge your coordination, endurance and control.
Our standing sequence is short but spicy. Expect isolated single leg quad work with the heel elevate on the block, layering squats, pulses, scooters and leg lifts.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
