This express style lower body stronger class is designed to build strength, stability and muscular endurance.
We begin with spinal and hip opening mobility before moving into a heavy banded glute bridge activation series.
From there, we work through a single sided drop set, gradually reducing both the weight and the reps as we progress from heavy dual RDLs and reverse lunges into a lighter reverse lunge with a knee drive and rotation to target the glute medius and challenge hip stability.
We finish each side with an optional bodyweight cardio sprint to completely fatigue the working glute.
To finish, load up for a heavy back squat finisher that's guaranteed to leave your legs burning.
