This express Sweat & Sculpt is made up of one set of continuous movement. Be prepared to flow seamlessly from one set to the next to test your endurance and ensure maximum work in minimum time.
We begin with a kneeling upper body set, targeting the triceps, shoulders and biceps. This flows straight into a dynamic prayer to tricep push up set which acts as a transition into a fast paced squat sequence. From there we make our way back down to the mat for a plank series that layers pikes, shoots backs, renegade rows and push ups, before finishing with a surrender squat sequence to elevate the heart rate one final time before the class comes to a close.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
