This stretch & flow class focuses on full body opening and spinal mobility, guiding you through a seamless, intentional sequence.
We begin on our back with breath work to calm the mind, bring awareness into the body, and set the tone for the class. Moving through supine windscreen wipers, we gently encourage rotation through the lumbar spine while opening the chest and hips. From there, we transition into a 4-point position for cat-cow, an oblique release, and a pectoral chest stretch, before lowering into prone for a deep frog stretch to release the hips and lower back.
We then flow through a full body sequence including downward dog, low lunge, spinal rotation, pigeon pose, quad stretch, and a mermaid hip opener, before repeating on the other side.
Expect to step off your mat feeling revitalised, re-energised, and deeply connected to your body. This is a stretch you are guaranteed to return to time and time again.
