This program is your starting point inside STRONG.
Designed for those new to our training style, or transitioning to STRONG from Izzy's Youtube, this month long program is here to introduce you to our method in a way that feels structured, progressive and considered. Rather than jumping between workouts, you’ll move through each week with purpose, building the foundations required to train with control, precision and confidence long term.
Across four weeks, your training will evolve gradually. You’ll begin by working through our foundational classes to become familiar with the exercises, technique and sequencing our method is designed around. From there, we progress to longer sequences, increased time under tension and, eventually, more demanding strength work.
Each week follows a structured schedule to remove guesswork and help you stay consistent. The goal is not just to complete the workouts, but to understand how to train within the STRONG method so that you can get the most out of your training.
By the end of the program, you’ll feel more capable, more connected to your body, and ready to move seamlessly into our full library of classes, challenges and weekly schedules.
Please note that this program is not suitable for beginners to fitness. All workouts are intermediate - advanced.
