POST CHALLENGE DELOAD WEEK

A deload week is an essential part of intelligent training. After periods of heavy loading, high volume and consistent intensity, the body needs time to recover, adapt and rebuild.

Deloading helps reduce accumulated fatigue, support nervous system recovery, improve muscle repair and lower the risk of burnout or injury, while still maintaining consistency in your routine. This week is designed to help you move with intention, restore energy and return feeling stronger, more capable and ready for the next phase of training.

MONDAY: Rest.
TUESDAY: 20 Minute Full Body Stretch: Band
WEDNESDAY: 45 Minute Full Body Restorative Sculpt: Ball
THURSDAY: 30 Minute Full Body Stretch & Flow
FRIDAY: 45 Minute Full Body Sculpt: Ball + Ankle Weights
SATURDAY: 35 Minute Full Body Strength: Block + Light Weight + Ankle Weights
SUNDAY: Rest.
