In this low impact full body sculpt class, we'll use ankle and wrist weights to build steady, connected strength.
Starting in four point kneeling, we'll move through donkey kicks to hamstring curl variations, before flowing into an focused oblique, outer glute and shoulder mobility series. Expect arm sweeps, hip lifts, and knee to elbow crunches.
From there, we'll transition into an extended kneeling upper body sequence with wrist weights, targeting shoulders, triceps, and upper back, before finishing with a grounded standing sequence that leaves you feeling strong, aligned, and connected.
This class is slow, effective, and easy to follow making it perfect for those low energy days.
