DAY ELEVEN: 50 Minute Full Body Sculpt: Ball + Ankle Weights
SCULPT
•
53m
A mat based, full body Sculpt class using the ball and an optional set of ankle weights. We begin with a supine core series over the ball to find deep activation through our total core.
Following this, we move into a four point position for an upper body and core focused sequence that will test your coordination and strength through body weight based movements. We then transfer the ball from the hand to behind the knee for some light glute work.
We break up the two sides with a full body flow combining kneeling squats, thigh stretch and rotation.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
