STRENGTH
•
46m
Build strength, stability, and confidence in this slow, controlled lower body class.
We'll start with dynamic stretch and activation work, before moving through banded heel elevated squats with the optional progression of adding weight.
From here we move through three single leg blocks, including B stance squats with banded abductions, dual weight RDLs, lateral side steps, reverse lunges, static lunges, and curtsy lunges.
Our finisher consists of weighted sumo squats with alternating calf raises. This is a completely standing workout with minimal transitions, emphasising intentional, supportive movement.
