DAY FOUR: 45 Minute Full Body Strength: 2 + 4-5kg Weights + Ankle Weights

47m
Glutes, core and light upper body for day four! This class combines basic, strength based movement with our signature flowy style of sequencing to give you the best of both worlds.
We begin with a controlled single leg bridging set, placing one weight on the hip to load the glute whilst holding the other in the opposite hand to work through tricep extensions and a narrow press as we lift and lower the hips. Following this we come up to stand to work the same glute, before repeating both sequences on their second sides.
We close class with an extended core sequence.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
