This full body Stronger class is all about balance and connection. Be ready for all the wobbles as we work through sequences of movement designed to test your control.
We begin with a supine core set using light weights to ensure our core is warm and ready to support us through our balance based sets.
From here we come into a four point position where we rest on one forearm to work leg extensions and heavy rows before progressing into a spider man push up.
Your standing work features reverse lunges, hammer curls, floating single leg RDL’s and rows, all performed at a slow pace with precision, focusing on form and mind-body connection.
We repeat our four point and standing work on the second side before finishing with an RDL to squat press set to leave us feeling even and grounded.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
