30 MINUTE LOWER BODY STRONGER: MEDIUM WEIGHTS + BLOCK

29m
In this express lower body stronger class, we keep it simple, focusing on just three powerful blocks to target glutes, hamstrings, and quads.
Using our weights (5-8kg), we begin with a single leg suitcase squat, elevating the back foot on a Pilates block, adding a step-back and curtsey lunge to fire up the glutes.
Next, we come to a centre placed heel elevated squat sequence, layering in front rack squats, RDLs, and a side step to challenge and lengthen the entire lower body.
After completing this block, we repeat the single leg work on the other side. A short but incredibly effective session for the entire lower body.
