DAY ONE: 55 Minute Full Body Stronger: Heavy Weights + Block + Ankle Weights
STRONGER

53m
We are leaning into power and control for Day One! Be ready to start slow with a centring supine core series using the block to warm up our bodies and brains. We then flow through a single side full body flow that includes heavy rows, tricep push ups, pikes and more. Be ready to work when we come up to standing for a strong single leg series that incorporates wide pulls, over head pressing and hammer curls. Your finisher is a standing gorilla row to press sequence.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
