This dynamic Sweat & Sculpt is all about building endurance through layered sequences of movement. We begin with a plank shoot back sequence to warm our upper body and core, before coming into a modified four point position to work through an upper body and core focused series that layers modified side planks, knee to elbow crunches, three legged dogs and more.
Following this we transition up to standing for a quad and glute focused lunge set that will elevate your heart rate and challenge your coordination. We repeat both blocks of work on the second side and finish with a full body burn.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
