Day eighteen is all about endurance as we work through this express full body Sweat & Sculpt. Expect seamless transitions combined with a mix of dynamic and balance based movement.
We begin with a layered supine core series before coming straight to standing where we work a single leg lunge set that layers reverse lunges, hammer curls, knee drives, straight arm sweeps, hinges, tricep extensions and more.
We transition straight from standing to a high plank to work a pike to push up set to seperate the two sides of our standing work, and finish with a kneeling upper body flow to complete our final bit of isolated upper body work for the challenge.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
