Full Body Sweat & Sculpt: Light-Medium Weights + Block + Ankle Weights
SWEAT & SCULPT
•
57m
Weights: 3-4kg
This full length Sweat & Sculpt is all about the glutes, core and shoulders. We begin with a layered full body single leg bridging sequence combining tricep extensions, chest press' or flys and leg extensions before coming up to stand for a targeted glute and quad block. Following this, we make our way back down to the mat for a short but spicy plank sequence.
All three blocks of work are repeated on their second sides before we close class with an inner thigh focused squat set.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
