DAY THIRTY: 35 Minute Core Sculpt: Ball + Block + Ankle Weights
TRAIN WITH GEORGIA
•
33m
It’s about to get spicy - Using the block and ball, we challenge the deep core, obliques, inner thighs, and shoulder stability through slow, controlled sculpting work. Expect side-lying oblique isolation with the ball supporting the lower waist, flowing into inner-thigh leg lifts that fire up the lower core while testing shoulder stability as the hips lift away from the mat. This class demands full mind-to-body connection, precision, and control from start to finish.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
