50 MINUTE FULL BODY SCULPT: BLOCK + WRIST WEIGHTS

52m
This full body Sculpt class is designed to offer a perfect balance of connection and challenge to leave you feeling grounded and accomplished. We begin lying down on the mat with a single leg bridging flow, separating the two sides with brief core work.
Following this, we come into a modified four point position for a strong single sided upper body and core sequence. From here, it's up to standing for a layered single leg set, combining squats, scooters, hinges, rotation and more. We complete both sets of work on the second side and finish with a powerful plank sequence.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
