A quick and effective full body strength class designed to build total body strength throughout every sequence.
We'll begin standing with a weighted sequence that challenges the quads, glutes, biceps, rear deltoids, and upper back, while also working balance and stability through controlled movement.
From there, we'll transition to the mat for a kneeling upper body and thigh stretch sequence, continuing to strengthen the core and front of the thighs and tops of the shoulders before repeating on the second side.
Designed for days when time is short, but you still want a well rounded strength workout.
