This supportive upper & core strength class combines both medium (3-5kg) and light weights (2-3kg) to build strength through controlled, purposeful movement.
We'll begin with a supported bicep curl into an Arnold press, targeting the biceps, shoulders, and upper back, followed by a dual kneeling sequence with underhand grip rows, rear delt flys, and around the world sweeps.
From there we'll transition into standing for single arm shoulder presses with alternating marches to challenge deep core and pelvic stability.
Making our way back onto the mat using our lighter weights for a short tricep focused series before repeating the second side and finishing off the class in supine working through alternating marches, single leg extensions, weighted overhead extensions and the option to add gentle, controlled chest lift pulses.
Rather than chasing fatigue, this class is designed to help you move with intention, build functional strength, and stay connected to your body every step of the way.
