A full body stronger class that feels both strong and supportive.
We start in a supine bridge with single weight (5-8kg) where we blend glute bridges, overhead lat extensions with tabletop marches for pelvic and core stability.
Then we move to four point for single arm rows with leg extensions for core and pelvic control, before adding a tricep pushup wakes up the upper back before standing work with dual weights. Think wide stance squats with bicep curls and arnold presses before working a single arm diagonal press for the obliques.
Our final block of work consists of dual weighted RDLs with both narrow and wide rows to challenge and strengthen the mid back.
This class threads strength and connection into every block, supporting you to move with confidence in our final weeks of pregnancy.
