A 35 minute full body strength class designed using light weights (2-3kgs) and ankle weights, beginning with a supine core series to support your deep abdominals, taking care to avoid coning by keeping the head/chest lower throughout.
Moving into forearm supported four point kneeling to strengthen your core, glutes, hamstrings, and shoulders as we work through single leg extensions, pulses and weighted lateral reaches.
Our standing combinations in this class include alternating reverse lunges to lateral offerings, curtsey lunge to single arm tricep extension and sumo squat to around the world raise. This class is about supporting posture and full body stability leaving you feeling strong, yet safe and confident.
