45 MINUTE FULL BODY SCULPT: WRIST WEIGHTS + BAND
SCULPT
•
46m
A sculpt class guaranteed to challenge your entire body. Using the band, we load up our glutes, shoulders and upper back in a rep building squat and fly sequence before coming down to the mat into a four-point position.
Here you can expect to continue to challenge your glute max and hamstring while adding on a balance challenge through the core.
This is followed by a dynamic side planking variation to strengthen and challenge your shoulder stability.
We close off the class with a supine core sequence and connective breath work.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
