DAY THIRTEEN: 45 Minute Full Body Strength: Light Weights + Block + AWs
FULL BODY WORKOUTS
•
43m
A dynamic Strength class that features six sequences of full body movement. Be prepared to start with a light single side roll up series that flows straight into a reverse table top flow, before progressing to an upper body focused side plank series that also serves as a warm up for the quads. We seperate the two sides with a thigh stretch sequence that focuses on the upper body just as much as the lower, before finishing with an elevated squat series.
This workout is designed to build your physical and mental strength and endurance as we work through layered sequences of flowing movement with minimal rest.
Please remember to listen to your body above all else during your practice. Modify exercises as needed to suit your body and pause the video to take breaks if and when you need to. Leave a layer out if it doesn't feel good for you and remove props if they become too much. Never push through any neck or lower back pain during your movement.
Enjoy!
