Stretch is our restorative class style, combining guided mobility, deep stretching and intentional movement to support both physical recovery and mental wellbeing. Designed to release tension, improve flexibility and restore movement quality, every class creates the space to slow down, breathe deeply and reset. A grounding practice that leaves you feeling calmer, more mobile and ready to move with strength and confidence.
